House System & Student Leadership
At Little Scholars Matriculation Higher Secondary School, student leadership and character formation are integral parts of the educational framework. The House System and Student Leadership Model are designed to cultivate discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and healthy competition among scholars.
House System
The entire school is divided into four vibrant houses, each representing energy, unity, and collective spirit. Every student is allotted to one of the houses at the time of admission.
Red House
Red House symbolizes courage, determination, and dynamic energy. Students of this house are encouraged to demonstrate leadership, boldness, and resilience in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
Blue House
Blue House represents discipline, stability, and intellectual strength. Members of this house strive for academic excellence and uphold a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Green House

Yellow House

Inter-House Competitions

Pupils Self-Government
The school practices a structured Pupils Self-Government System, which instills discipline and accountability among students.
Selected student leaders are entrusted with responsibilities related to:

School Cabinet
At the beginning of each academic year, student leaders are elected or selected to form the School Cabinet.
The School Cabinet typically includes:
- School Leader / Head Boy & Head Girl
- House Captains
- Vice Captains
- Class Leaders
- Discipline Leaders
The Cabinet works in coordination with teachers and the Principal to ensure smooth functioning of school activities and maintenance of discipline.
Regular meetings are conducted to discuss improvements in school tone, behavior standards, and academic engagement.
Leadership Development
